Larry Mercardante


Mr. Larry Mercardante has over 45 years of experience in the construction materials testing, inspection and engineering industry. He has worked in all facets encompassing virtually every position throughout his extensive career: from a Construction Inspector (to) Chairman of one of the largest professional services firms based in the New York Tri-State area. Through hard-work, dedication, knowledge and skill were these achievements accomplished.

Mr. Mercardante was an Adjunct Professor and Class Instructor at the State University of New York- Farmingdale in the Construction Technology Department. He was also a Technical Instructor at The Cooper Union School of Engineering in the Civil Engineering Program. For over 10 years Mr. Mercardante was a Presenter of Quality Control Inspection/ Testing at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Eastern Region Airport Engineering Conference which is held annually at Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mercardante has completed projects throughout the United States and Caribbean Region. These projects consisted of building construction, infrastructure, power/ utilities, sewer/ wastewater, bridges, tunnels, airports and runways.
